The question for decision is whether the district court applied improper legal precepts in deciding against a postal employee in an action brought against the United *894States Postal Service under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to e-17.
