This is a suit by the appellee against the appellant upon an accident insurance policy issued by the appellant in favor of the appellee. The plaintiff alleged the policy was issued October 14, 1935, and provided for the payment of an indemnity of $200 per month for a period of twelve months for total continuous disability caused solely and exclusively by accidental means, and on January 7, 1937, he sustained an accidental injury, and as a result thereof plaintiff became totally and continuously disabled and would continue to be so disabled for a period of one year, which was the limit of the…
