City of Phoenix, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called the city, sought a writ of certiorari in this court to review the proceedings of the superior court of the state of Arizona, in and for the county of Maricopa, in a certain case which went to judgment in that court, wherein J. D. Greer was plaintiff, and the city was defendant.
