STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Ace Foster Care and Pediatric Home Nursing Agency Corporation (“Ace” 1 ) ap peals the trial court’s order that denied its motion for summary judgment in its lawsuit against Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, (“FSSA”), Division of Family and Children, Lake County Office; and granted judgment to FSSA; and dismissed Ace’s claims.

We affirm.
