WALSH, Justice:

This death penalty appeal is again before this Court following a second penalty hearing. The appellant, Jermaine M. Wright (‘Wright”), was convicted of First Degree Murder, Robbery, and related weapons charges arising out of a killing during the robbery of a tavern on January 14, 1991. Following his conviction of murder in the first degree, a separate penalty hearing was conducted pursuant to 11 Del.C. § 4209(b)(1) which resulted in a jury recommendation, by a vote of 12-0, of the death penalty.
