TURK, District Judge:

Drema Lee Barton appeals the district court’s revocation of her supervised release and six month prison sentence for violating the terms of her supervised release. Following a ten month sentence for conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, appellant was serving a two year term of supervised release when a petition was filed charging her with a violation of the conditions of her release.
