In 1884 Abner Coburn, a resident of the state of Maine, died in that state, leaving a will whereby he dis posed of an estate valued at eleven million dollars. By this will the residue of the estate, consisting of stocks, bonds, and other personal property,.as well as real property in Maine, North Dakota, and elsewhere, was given to various relatives of the decedent. Among those named in the residuary clause were Alonzo C. Marston, a nephew of the testator, and Abner Paul Marston, son of Alonzo.
