ORDER DISMISSING ATTORNEY FEE REQUEST
MELTON, District Judge.
This cause is before the Court on the issue of the timeliness of plaintiff’s Motion for Attorney’s Fees, raised by this Court in its Order to Show Cause, entered March 7, 1989, and by defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Application for Attorney Fees Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d), filed herein on March 13, 1989.
