Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order granting summary disposition in favor of defendants and dismissing plaintiff’s suit with prejudice. Summary disposition was granted under Bigger v City of Pontiac, 390 Mich 1; 210 NW2d 1 (1973), cert den 415 US 917; 94 S Ct 1415; 39 L Ed 2d 471 (1974), apparently for failure to bring this claim in a timely manner. We affirm.
