Plaintiff Daisy Mountain Fire District (“Daisy”), a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, has brought suit against Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”) under the Arizona Antitrust Act, Arizona Revised Statutes (“A.R.S.”) § 44-1401 et seq. (Am. Comply 1.)
