On September 8, 1931, William R. Sabiston, 13 years of age, was engaged in selling and delivering-newspapers in the city of Louisville, Ky. Late in the evening of that day, while delivering newspapers on. his regular route, he went to the Southland Apartments to deliver a paper to Dan M. Walker one of his regular subscribers, who with his family resided at the South-land Apartments.
