— This matter is before the court on the motion of Thomas E. Bressi, Jr. and Rodgers Bressi (jointly referred to as “Bressi”) to correct an award of arbitrators entered in favor of Richard E. Dobroth (“Dobroth”).

The facts out of which this controversy arises may be summarized as follows:

On July 20,1965, Bressi and Dobroth entered into a written contract (hereafter, “the agreement”) whereby Dobroth was to perform architectural services in connection with the development by Bressi of an apartment complex on St. Croix in the United States Virgin Islands; the agreement contemplated…
