This action was brought by complaint in two counts on two joint and several notes given by the defendant and another, payable to the order of the plaintiff. The allegations of the complaint and the defendant’s answer thereto are set forth in substance in our opinion upon a previous appeal reported in 120 Conn. 661, 183 Atl. 9.
