This is a taxpayer’s action to restrain the operation of certain bus lines in Queens county by defendant North Shore Bus Co., Inc., under a contract with the city of New York, and for judgment declaring the contract illegal and void. The contract in question purports to grant to defendant North Shore Bus Co., Inc.
