In this negligence action for personal injuries, plaintiff appeals from the trial court’s order sustaining defendant Plaid Pantry’s demurrer to plaintiff’s amended complaint. We hold that the complaint states a cause of action, and reverse and remand for further proceedings.
For the purposes of this appeal we accept as true the allegations of fact in the complaint. Plaid Pantry, an Oregon corporation, operates a grocery store in Portland.
