This is an action to recover permanent and total disability, alleged by plaintiff to be due him, in the sum of $1,848.50 under a group policy of insurance issued by defendant company to. its own employees, of whom plaintiff was one, after completion of six months of service,— permanent and total disability benefits becoming payable only when at the time the employee applies for the same such employee had five years of service and had contributed to the premiums for such insurance ever since he was eligible or has been a continuous contributor for not less than four years and six months.
