Lee Pettis appeals from a post-conviction order denying his request for sentence credit. As a condition of bail incident to his earlier appeal, Pettis was required to remain in his home during all non-working hours. Pettis sought credit against his sentence for this home detention. The trial court concluded that Pettis was not in custody for purposes of sentence credit under this bail arrangement. We agree and affirm the order denying the request for sentence credit.
