Plaintiff, Big 0 Tire Dealers, Inc. (hereinafter “Big 0”), a Colorado corporation with its principal place of business in Englewood, Colorado, filed the complaint initiating this action on November 27, 1974. The defendant, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (hereinafter “Goodyear”), is an Ohio corporation with its principal place of business in Akron, Ohio.
