In this 13-year old case, Plaintiffs Last Atlantis Capital LLC, Speed Trading LLC, River North Investors LLC, Bryan Rule and Brad Martin have sued various Defendants including Susquehanna Investment Group and Susquehanna International Group, LLP, alleging violation of the federal securities laws and various state law claims.
