This opinion is a companion to this Court’s earlier opinion which resolved Ernst & Young (“E & Y”)’s motion to dismiss various cross-claims asserted against it by Cendant Corporation (“Cen-dant”). See In re Cendant Corp. Sec. Li tig., 189 F.Supp.2d 585 (D.N.J.2001) (the “April 16 order” or “April 16 slip op.”). Familiarity with that opinion is presumed.
