This appeal is on remand from the Supreme Court. 317 Or 604, 858 P2d 1308 (1993). Plaintiffs appeal a judgment that dismissed claims in their amended complaint on the ground that the statute of limitations had expired on those claims. They contend that the court erred because the dismissed claims relate back to claims that were timely filed in the original complaint. In our original opinion, we affirmed the trial court’s dismissal. Plaintiff petitioned for review in the Supreme Court.
