Pro se Plaintiff Ricky Kamdem-Ouaffo (“Plaintiff’) initially filed this Action in January 2014 against Pepsico, Inc. (“PepsiCo”), Dr. Peter S. Given, Jr. (“Dr. Given”), Dr. Naijie Zhang (“Dr. Zhang”), and John Doe and/or Jane Doe (collectively, “PepsiCo Defendants”), arguing principally that those Defendants had fraudulently commandeered his intellectual property.
