Plaintiffs John Wiley & Sons, Inc., Cen-gage Learning, Inc., and Pearson Education, Inc. brought this suit against Book Dog Books, LLC and Philip Smyres (collectively, “BDB”) alleging principally claims of copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and fraud.
