Introduction
At the hearing held on November 16, 2011, the court addressed the outstanding motions to dismiss on grounds of forum non conveniens filed by defendants HDIGerling Industrie Versicherung AG (“HDI-Gerling”) and New Hampshire Insurance Company (“New Hampshire”) (ECF Nos. 283 and 289), seeking to dismiss the claims asserted by Howden North America, Inc.
