STRUBHAR, Judge:

Appellant, Lloyd Mancil Niekell, Sr., was tried by jury in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CF-90-764 for the crimes of Kidnapping for the Purposes of Extortion (21 O.S.1981, § 745), Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with a Firearm (21 O.S. 1981, § 421), Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon (21 O.S.1981, § 645), Burglary in the First Degree (21 O.S.1981, § 1431) and Possession of a Firearm while in the commission of a Felony (21 O.S.1981, § 1287).
