Jessie Lee Swims, appellant/defendant below (hereinafter referred to as “Mr. Swims”), appeals an order of the Circuit Court of Boone County that denied his motion for a new trial. Mr. Swims was convicted by a jury of conspiracy and aggravated robbery.
