—Judgment unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs and matter remitted to Supreme Court for further proceedings in accordance with the following Memorandum: Supreme Court did not abuse its discretion in choosing the commencement date of this action as the valuation date for defendant’s closely held corporations (see, Patricia B. v Steven B., 186 AD2d 609, 610; Kalisch v Kalisch, 184 AD2d 751, 753).
