Action for declaratory judgment and other relief including a money judgment for plaintiff, the Kansas City Terminal Railway Co. (hereinafter called “Terminal”) against defendant Kansas City Transit, Inc. (hereinafter called “Transit”). The trial court’s judgment gave Terminal the declaratory relief sought and a judgment against Transit for $5,613.30. Defendant City of Kansas City (hereinafter called “City”) was given judgment on a counterclaim against Terminal for $5,884.22 from which Terminal did not appeal.
