The parties below were Betty Jane Tittle, by C. R. Tittle, next friend, as plaintiff, and R. L. Reeves and Commercial Standard Insurance Company, as defendants.

The defendant Reeves interpleaded P. C. Forrester, seeking a contingent judgment over against him, and the defendant Commercial Standard Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to as the surety company), by trial amendment, sought judgment over against R.
