Reversing.
These two appeals are presented as one, and will be so considered. An ex parte petition was filed in open court by J. J. Siddens and J. A. Downing, in which it is stated that Joe Siddens was a resident of Allen county, Ky., in ill health, “mind enfeebled, and had been for several years unable to transact business for himself, and not of sufficient mental ability to cope with an average person in a business transaction; not able properly to preserve his estate, and same has been and is being wasted”; that he is living with his second wife, Mrs.…
