Appeal from a judgment of the Monroe County Court (Frank *1379E Geraci, Jr., J.), rendered December 9, 2009. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (four counts) and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (two counts).

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
