Marshall, Justice.

The plaintiff, East Lands, Inc., attacks as unconstitutional a zoning ordinance of the Floyd County Board of Commissioners. This zoning ordinance prohibits the plaintiffs optionee from constructing an apartment complex on a tract of land in unincorporated Floyd County. The superior court upheld the validity of the board’s zoning decision. The plaintiff appeals.
