{¶ 1} Respondent, John Daniel Mismas of Willoughby, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 77434, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 2004.

{¶ 2} On June 11, 2012, a probable-cause panel of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline certified a complaint filed by relator, Lake County Bar Association, to the board.
