WINTER, Circuit Judge:

Appellant seeks reversal of a judgment against it in the amount of $100,000.00, with interest, on a “Special Hazards Accident Policy,” purchased by appellee’s deceased husband’s employer, wherein it insured him, under certain conditions, against accidental injury or accidental death. Three basic questions, presented by a variety of motions throughout the litigation, are presented for decision.
