MEMORANDUM
WALTER E. HOFFMAN, Chief Judge.
This ease stands on a motion for summary judgment filed by Minex against International Trading Company of Virginia (ITCOV) as to the principal claim, and a like motion filed by the third-party defendants against ITCOV on the indemnity claim asserted by ITCOV. For reasons stated herein, both motions must be sustained. 1
