Husband petitions for reconsideration of this court’s decision dated January 17, 2007, in which we affirmed without opinion the trial court’s judgment dissolving the parties’ marriage. Husband asserts that we did not give due consideration to his argument that the trial court failed to justly and properly divide the parties’ property. We allow reconsideration for two reasons: (1) to elucidate the reasons for our earlier decision and (2) to explain why we originally affirmed the trial court’s judgment without written opinion.
