On January 12, 2010, plaintiff Lidia Swiatkowski (hereinafter “plaintiff,” or “Swiatkowski”), brought this action against defendants Citibank, Citigroup, Citimortgage, and (CMI) Servicing Agent (collectively “defendants”), pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1982, 1983 and 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965, alleging, inter alia, that defendants violated plaintiffs constitutional rights under the First, Fifth, Sixth, Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendments to the Constitution and committed certain violations of the Racketeer…
