This insurance coverage dispute pits AU Electronics, Adnan Vadria, and Umair Ya-sin (collectively, “AU,” unless context requires otherwise) against Harleysville Group and Harleysville Lake States Insurance Company (together, “Harleysville,” unless context requires otherwise).
