Westfield Insurance Company (‘West-field”) brings this declaratory judgment *915action for the purpose of resolving a dispute concerning its duty to defend and indemnify certain defendants under the terms of an automobile liability insurance policy (“the Policy”) in an action initiated by defendant Jean Pugh on behalf of her minor sons in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.
