The United States appeals from a final judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Edward R. Korman, Judge, convicting defendant Jorge Restrepo, following his plea of guilty, on one count of importing heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 952(a) (1988), and sentencing him principally to 33 months’ imprisonment, to be followed by three years’ supervised release.
