MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
BECHTLE, District Judge.
Presently before the Court is the motion of the plaintiffs to disqualify the law firm of Cozen, Begier & O’Connor (“the Cozen firm”), and any of its partners or associates, from representing the defendants in the instant litigation. For the reasons stated below, the plaintiffs’ motion will be granted.
