Appellant appeals from an involuntary commitment order, claiming that the order is not based on clear and convincing evidence that he is mentally ill. ORS 426.005(2). We review de novo, State v. O’Neill, 274 Or 59, 545 P2d 97 (1976), and reverse.
On March 26, 1989, the Portland emergency service center received a phone call from a man who stated, “I want to report a firebombing to Mayor Bud Clark’s house,” and hung up.
