We granted certiorari to review a decision of the Court of Criminal Appeals, 361 So.2d 22 which held that a motion to suppress the contraband seized should have been granted. It reversed and remanded. We reverse and remand its decision.

Briefly, the facts are these. The Chief of the West Alabama Narcotics Squad, Lt. Russell, testified that around 11:30 a.m. on a Sunday, he received a telephone call at his home from an informer with a record of reliability that defendant stated to him that he was coming to the informant's house on Sunday to watch a basketball game on television and that he…
