The appellants, William Alvin Atwell and Donald Keith Inabinett, were charged by separate indictments with trafficking in marijuana. The cases were consolidated for trial upon motion by the State, and a jury found both appellants guilty as charged. Appellant Atwell was sentenced to six years' imprisonment and appellant Inabinett was sentenced to three years' imprisonment. Additionally, each appellant was fined $25,000.
