DECISION ON ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
ROBERT E. GRANT, Bankruptcy Judge.
On February 13, 2006, the court was scheduled to hold a trial of the issues raised by a motion for relief from stay filed on behalf of JP Morgan Chase Bank and the trustee’s objection thereto. The debtors appeared for this trial both in person and through their counsel, Frederick Wehrwein, as did the trustee, Yvette Eleven, and her counsel, Douglas Adel-sperger.
