DECISION ON ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Debtors filed a petition for relief under chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code on October 11, 2005. Notice of this filing was served upon all creditors and parties in interest on October 14, which also advised them that a meeting of creditors had been scheduled for December 19, 2005. On November 8, 2005, Fifth Third Mortgage Company filed a motion for re lief from stay.
