On February 16, 1924, Flem Smith, defendant in error, as plaintiff, brought this action against O. H. Hartman and Hartman Williams Oil Company, to recover the sum of $515 with interest for work and labor performed frotan May 16' to August 28, 1923, both days inclusive, in, drilling an oil well in Creek county under contract-, -amd to foreclose its lien against the leasehold estate.
