Petitioner, a prisoner in the Tennessee State Penitentiary, has filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus in forma pauperis attacking the legality of his confinement. Petitioner contends that his conviction on several counts of burglary was based upon the introduction of evidence which had been obtained by the police through an unlawful search of his trailer home in violation of his rights under the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States.
