Defendant was convicted of the crime of burglary after denial of a motion to suppress evidence upon the ground that defendant was coerced into opening his suitcase, which contained some of the stolen goods, by repeated representations of police *62officers that otherwise they “would obtain a search warrant,” all in violation of defendant’s rights under the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States.
