— Scipio H. Robertson departed this life intestate a short time prior to 18th day of September, 1896, in Atlanta, Georgia, the place of his domicile. At the time of his death he was the OAvner of forty shares of the stock of the Southern Building & Loan Association, a corporation organized under the laws of this State, having its principal place of business in the city of Huntville, and carrying on the business of a building and loan association, as averred in the bill and admitted by the answers, upon the plan usually adopted by such associations.
